All-Inclusive Package

Our most comprehensive package is for projects that require design expertise from start to finish. We strategically walk through every step of the design process in partnership with your contractor, beginning with the exterior until we finish with the furnishings, art, and accessories.

Soft Finishes Package

This package is ideal when the backdrop materials are already in place, but the soft finishes are causing angst. We'll create functional furniture layouts, specify and procure furniture, rugs, drapery, art, and accessories, and then install it to perfection.

Hard Surfaces Package

Created for new construction and remodels that do not include a furnishing component, but require design services. This is a great solution if the goal is to add value to an existing property through aesthetic and functional upgrades such as cabinet design, flooring, walls, plumbing and appliance selections, and lighting.

What to Expect

Project Preview Call

The first connection point in any collaboration, where I am ready to listen to your general project needs and goals. If the relationship feels like a fit, we'll move to the next step and establish an Initial Design Consultation together.
Initial Design Consultation

Scheduled as either an on-site visit or an architectural plan review, this meet-and-greet allows everyone on the project team to get acquainted. We'll share specific project goals and inspiration, establish the budget, and estimate timelines. This conversation provides the basis for the Design Contract, and offer the opportunity to learn more about our design processes and practices.
Contract for Services

The Design Contract details the scope of the project, the expected deliverables, and the estimated hours required for completion. We value thoroughness and transparency, and it is always our goal to begin each project with a clear direction. Once the contract is executed and the retainer has been paid, we will set the first project meeting.
Plan Development + Visioning

During the first critical step in the design process, no detail is too small. We invite you to share your vision for the home, and every detail is highly valued and carefully considered in creating the aesthetic direction of the project. We'll do a thorough review of the architectural plans or existing space layout as we begin the collaboration with the architectural and construction teams.
Architectural Detailing + Documentation

The architectural backdrop of your project is our first consideration, so every hard surface is reviewed, refined, and detailed to create a supporting role in your lifestyle. The length of this phase is dependent on the scope of the project, and it includes floors, walls, ceiling, millwork, countertops, hardware, plumbing and lighting fixtures, and and other interior or specialty finishes. It may also include the specification of exterior finishes and the review of exterior elements such as landscaping or pool design. Creation of the construction documents will be our highest priority deliverable in this stage in order to accurately communication the design vision to the contractor and trades.
Construction Administration

During construction we will coordinate with the contractor directly and oversee all of the appropriate trades and vendors. We'll make routine site visits to ensure that any problems or concerns are addressed promptly and we'll meet as needed to review or approve key elements in the process.
Soft Finishes + Final Touches

After the architectural backdrop is established, we'll begin to envision the soft finishes: rugs, furnishings, fabrics, window treatments, linens, art, and accessories. We will develop and present a furniture package that incorporates key pieces from your personal collection, reflects your unique style, considers the way you live, and respects the level of investment you would like to maintain. We sustain relationships with dozens of trade-only vendors and one-of-a-kind resources in order to deliver bespoke spaces tailored to every client.
Procurement

You will receive itemized proposals detailing the cost, lead time, and material details for every element approved during the design presentation. Once approved and paid, we begin the ordering process. Proposals, invoices, and item status is available for viewing at any time in the client portal. Every piece is delivered to the warehouse of your choice for safe storage until it is time for installation.
Installation

During installation, we are on site to direct the placement of every item and put the final touches in place. We offer an "on approval" process that allows you to audition the finishing accessories before making a final decision. Once complete, you are welcomed into your new home!
