With nearly two decades in design, I’ve led projects ranging from intimate renovations to 11,000-square-foot new builds across residential, commercial, and healthcare settings. What drives me is the process of transformation and the relationships we build through it. I dig deep to understand who my clients are and what truly matters to them. My role is part designer, part guide as I help them move through the creative process with confidence and intention.

I launched Atelier Interiors in 2023 with a conviction: every space we inhabit—home, office, retreat—should reflect who we are and support how we live. I wanted to build a studio rooted in a structured, soulful design process—one that leads clients through creative exploration in a clear, grounded, and manageable way. While residential work is our heart, my background spans diverse project types, and I believe great design belongs wherever people work, gather, and grow.

I work closely with clients and collaborators to shape deeply personal, highly functional environments. My approach blends intuitive creativity with strategic clarity by bridging vision and execution with equal weight.

Watching our clients light up as they step into a space that feels unmistakably theirs—because they helped bring it to life.

Atelier is more than a design studio—it’s a long-view vision. I’ve always felt a deep call to both creativity and business, and running this studio allows me to engage fully with both. We’re building a values-driven studio where designers are empowered not only to create but to lead—through design, strategy, and stewardship. And we don’t do it alone. Our work thrives on strong partnerships—with architects, builders, artisans, and vendors—where mutual respect and shared purpose drive exceptional outcomes.

Life is full in the truest sense of the word! I'm raising two young kids who get a front-row seat to the creative process, to discipline and joy, and to the daily practice of building something meaningful from the ground up. We share our world with Audi, our black cat and unofficial studio mascot. My parents and grandparents have left an indelible mark on my life; their quiet strength and deep belief in me continue to shape every step of this journey.

Interior Designer
I’m grounded and thoughtful, bringing both clarity and calm to every project I touch. With degrees in both Business Administration and Interior Design, I blend technical expertise, refined taste, and a deeply analytical mindset—ensuring that every space I help create is as functional as it is beautiful.

Originally from Venezuela, I carry with me a strong sense of heritage, deep family roots, and a natural instinct to care for others. Inspired by my father’s entrepreneurial spirit, I bring a quiet drive and deep sense of responsibility to my work. I’m currently pursuing my certification as a Registered Interior Designer and continue to grow in my craft with focus, humility, and intention.

At Atelier Interiors, I support the studio’s creative and operational flow across a range of projects. I’m observant, organized, and highly dependable—attuned to the small but essential details that shape a successful outcome. Whether I’m refining technical drawings, coordinating with project partners, or helping clarify next steps for clients, I aim to bring calm, clarity, and confidence to every phase of the process.

Outside the studio, I’m laying the foundation for a full and meaningful life. I’m married, a devoted dog mom to Bianca, and someone who treasures connection and family above all else. My Christian faith and core values—integrity, humility, empathy, and hard work—guide how I show up in both my personal and professional life.

Design, to me, is more than a profession. It’s a way to create beauty and provide lasting solutions. I see myself not only growing within Atelier Interiors, but contributing to something greater than myself—an organization rooted in service, excellence, and purpose-driven design.
EMILY EVANS
Interior Designer
I’m detail-driven with a thoughtful, grounded approach and a deep belief in the power of well-designed spaces to support how we truly live. A proud native Texan, born and raised in Midland, I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Interior Design from Texas State University—where I discovered my passion for creating spaces that balance beauty and function with intention.

I bring a sharp eye, quiet confidence, and a deep appreciation for craftsmanship and composition to every project. My goal is always to create spaces that are not only visually compelling, but also personal, livable, and deeply considered.
​
At Atelier Interiors, I’m growing into my role as a designer by contributing to creative direction, curating selections, documenting design decisions, coordinating with the larger project team, and supporting our clients throughout each phase. I’m highly organized, proactive, and always thinking a few steps ahead. I value clear, compassionate communication and strive to create a sense of calm and clarity for both our clients and our project partners.

Outside of work, I care deeply about nurturing a full, connected life. I’m a devoted dog mom to Zeus, my beloved pup, and I recharge through pilates, cycling, and taking care of my physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. My faith in Christ is my north star, and I draw strength from the love and support of my close-knit family and circle of friends.

Design isn’t just a career for me—it’s a calling. I’m committed to growing into a lead designer and, eventually, stepping into a principal role—leading with humility, integrity, and intention. I hope to create spaces that uplift, inspire, and reflect what matters most.
Coming alongside my clients as we co-create their homes is a source of great joy and satisfaction. It is an honor to steward the process in a way that ensures they feel a sense of ownership and contentment from our first meeting until the final installation.
