This new construction home is a love letter to the timeless architecture of Santa Barbara. Designed by Robert Dame Designs, the structure itself evokes the romance of historic Spanish estates with white stucco walls, deeply toned wood accents, and architectural gestures that nod to California’s heritage. For our clients, a young and growing family, this project wasn’t just about building a house—it was about creating their forever home.

With deep roots in California, the clients brought a clear and soulful vision to the project: to carry the warmth, charm, and authenticity of her upbringing into this new chapter of life. Our role was to honor that memory while designing for a vibrant and evolving present. The result: a home that thoughtfully blends tradition with modern simplicity—layering the relaxed elegance of Santa Barabara living with moments of clean-lined restraint and a dash of glamour.

Signature features throughout the home celebrate the artisanal and the unexpected: custom-designed fireplace mantels that serve as sculptural centerpieces, iron stair railings crafted with a nod to classic Spanish motifs, and an intimate back staircase brought to life with hand-crafted patterned tile risers. Each one a moment of quiet delight.
